anyone ever taken fluoxetine?

ok I've been googling and I know it can change your cycles and it definitely has with me as mine are now longer I used to have less than 10 days from ovulating to getting my next period but they are slowly getting longer

my question is can it cause false positives?

I started spotting lastnight expecting it to be a case of what usually happens whenever I get positive tests I'm late and then I start bleeding but this time it's not gotten heavier it's still just spotting, tmi I know but it started as very light pink spotting but its now basically very watery and a dark red/brown colour

the lines are definitely there it started getting darker when I panic tested lastnight but then thismorning I expected it to be the same or darker and it was lighter

(Is this what insanity is😅)
