2WW and exercise?

Hey! I’m on my 2ww and I don’t want to stop exercising. Before Corona I usually went to the gym and lifted weights and did some cardio like running on a treadmill. Now at home I use resistance bands and run outside (I live on the countryside). My gym is opening up again soon and my Gynecologist is opening on the 29th... so I’m not sure what I’m allowed to do and what not. Any ideas!??
