What to eat? Bad nausea
I get pretty bad all day nausea during my pregnancies. And I’m trying to find some foods that will help me function. Right now I’m in bed and if I get up I get dizzy and will puke. I tried to make a smoothie earlier I put ginger, strawberries, blueberries, flax seeds, oatmeal, peanut butter. And it was yummy but as soon as I was done I threw it up. I can’t keep anything down. I’ve tried water and that immediately gets puked and gaterades the only thing I’ve been able to keep down is some tortilla chips with some melted cheese but that’s not super nutritious. What else works for you? I’m dying, also especially smoothie recipes I’m a big fan.
