How to induce labor naturally?

Hi guys so I’m 39 weeks and 3 days and I’m still not dilated and I’ve been walking and bouncing on my ball! I want to know what other things can I do to try and induce labor naturally? I just want to see him already 😭😭 I’m be 40 weeks on Monday! Thanks guys!

You can do all the things, but unless baby and your body are ready, nothing will happen. The doctor can do a membrane sweep to help encourage it. I’ve been having contractions on and off for 2 days since my membrane sweep but nothing consistent yet. Frustrating!!

I’m 40+5. They will come when they are ready and their lungs are developed completely. You can try some forward leaning inversions to get babe in better position. Walking, stair stepping, sideways lunges.
