Any success stories of women who have spotted/bled 10+ days in early pregnancy and went on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I’m 5w4d if I’m actually still pregnant. I took a test yesterday out of curiosity and it was still very dark.

I started spotting last Tuesday and have been back and forth from brown spotting to reddish-brown light bleeding with some regular sized clots (never enough to leave more than a 2-3” streak on a pad). It’ll go away for a few hours and then come back. No cramping or pain.

I have an appointment in a week so I’ll know for sure then, but I’m looking for some hope if it’s out there.
