Brown spotting and painful cramps

So this morning i saw light brown spotting like just a little and I’m about 4w 5 days. This will be my third pregnancy so the spotting itself didn’t scare me but just now I’m experiencing really painful period like cramps . Almost feels like I’ve been punched right in the uterus and kinda even made me a little nauseous
