How many of you drank/drinks coffee while pregnant?

I’m not a coffee person at all but I recently started craving it so I had one cup and my friends were freaking. Which idc because it won’t kill me but what’s y’all opinions?

200mg of caffeine daily is fine. This includes coffee, tea, chocolate etc. A cup or 2 of coffee isn’t going to hurt you.  Your friends are freaking out for no reason.

I drank coffee literally everyday when I was pregnant.

I was addicted to caffeine. So during my first 2 pregnancies I was allowed 1 can a day. This pregnancy I drank one soda and threw up. Cant drink it. Ive been drinking water and sprite zero (1 can) and thats it.

I have a coffee every morning and a decaf in the afternoon! How else am i supposed to work at a computer for 8 hours a day!? 🤣

I just switched to half caff because I also drink iced tea during the day and don’t want to give up either one.

You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day. Those who were drinking it before and stopped due to pregnancy usually get headaches. I stopped when I found out, but I had some the other day. Just be mindful have much caffeine you are ingesting per day

You can have a limited amount of caffeine a day without it harming the baby. One cup would be fine. I switched to decaf but mostly because caffeine gives me horrible heartburn at this point.
