Little long but... Implantation bleeding or just a fluke period?

I am consistently inconsistent with my period. I'm talking almost 2 weeks from when the app tells me. I start getting tender breast about a week before my actual period comes and I usually only get cramps the very first day, plus always emotional af. My periods are inconsistent with timing, but I ALWAYS have it for 5 days.

I got my, what I think was my period, only 3 days after the app told me. Not normal for me, like I said. Always almost 2 weeks after the app tells me is when I actually get my period.

When I got my "period" it felt normal even though the timing was off. I woke up in the morning and felt my cramps, went to the restroom and popped a tampon in.

Normal flow that day.

Woke up the next day, put a L tampon in. Took it out about 4 hours later, almost nothing. Repeated it with 3 more L tampons that day and they were basically dry! Went the rest of the day with a pad.

Day 3 comes, and all I basically get is light spotting on my liner. Like what? Not normal for me.

Today is day 5 after my "period" started. Day 4 super light to no spotting and today nothing.

My arm randomly got numb then tingly out of no where, I felt very light headed and dizzy, and my skin hates me all of a sudden since yesterday.
