Hi all, I am currently breastfeeding my preemie and while I was in the NICU the lactation specialist wanted me to pump 8 times a day AND feed him. Now that we are home I've tried to keep pumping but it seems like too much. I have only been pumping 1-2 times a day now because baby eats so much and I would be doing nothing else besides feeding or pumping. When breastfeeding how often should I be pumping? I don't want to ruin my milk supply but I also don't want to just be feeding or pumping my entire day.
