Badly constipated
Please help a girl out, i’m constipated and i cant get rid of it. Neither coffee nor green tea have helped. I get enough fibre as is so usually fibre supplements dont help either. I get the urge to go but then i cant and it really hurts. Does anyone have a home remedy that could help??
