I can honestly say I have done more research on naps and bedtimes than I did for any school exam. She would nap or not nap at all, scream all day, or go to bed easily. I had some weeks were I was breaking into tears feeling like a complete failure.

I still don’t have it all figured out but I found the best free advice I needed on a YouTube channel and I would love to pass it on to anyone else still figuring it out.
