Eating breakfast
I know it’s a must to eat breakfast in the morning and especially while pregnant. my first pregnancy that was my main issue so I would go to work really early at 7am and start working and id start feeling so bad. I mean getting hot and faint, dizzy and weak until I ate something. sometimes ppl have to bring me something while I cool off. so now I’m better understanding of eating before I go to work. I’m pregnant with baby number 2 currently 5 weeks 5 days and today I’ve only snacked on whole wheat peanut butter crackers and blueberry belvita breakfast biscuits (it’s like crackers as well) and I’ve been drinking a lot of water already. What do you guys eat in the morning? I’m on break and I just came to the back and sat down but now I’m second guessing if I should go get something to actually eat
