first pregnancy

I just found out a couple days ago that i am pregnant, late period and 3 positive pregnancy tests. the thing is, i barely have any symptoms, only mildly sore boobs and light light cramping (pms cramps are 10x worse). my question is, with no symptoms how are you sure that you still pregnant until your first appointment? my first one isn’t until the end of June and I am trying to not worry myself too much. Just wanting to know how everyone has dealt with waiting for the first appointment w/ out driving themselves crazy. And also, has anyone else had no symptoms and still had a healthy baby? Please don’t come at me, this is my first pregnancy and I don’t really have anyone else to ask these things. Just curious is all!! I appreciate any help!! also, I am taking prenatals but was also wondering if it is safe to switch brands??
