The day you went into labor, how did you feel?

Just to show that everyone experiences it differently, how did you feel the day or night of labor!?

I went to work but left a little earlier than normal as I was a little more tired than usual, ate lunch, got a pedicure, and took a nap. After my nap I started making dinner and my water broke at 38 weeks exactly.

I had red blood every time I wipes (for over an hour) and felt like my period was starting. I could feel dull cramps in my back.

I woke up having period like cramps. I was extremely tired so I tried to just nap all day. Then by 4pm the cramps turned into contractions. They were soooooooo painful.😭

I slept through the third trimester of my first pregnancy. Then the night before I went into labour I had dinner at my dad's and I was hyper and chatty and restless. My water broke by 230am. This time around I keep getting surges of energy and I'm cleaning and nesting and then I get sleepy and instead I have false labour with contractions 5 minutes apart that lasts a while but then stops. Still waiting it out ... It's been five days

I felt fine. I cleaned up the house that night just in case so I wouldn't have to worry about coming home to a mess after having my baby. I went to bed. I did not know that hours later I would wake up to painful contractions and then have my baby 3 hrs later.

I was already in the hospital when my water broke but the day before I woke up and I just didn't feel right. I couldn't pinpoint what was wrong but something was off. I couldn't eat my favorite breakfast because I had no appetite. Couple hours later I started having contractions that were consistent and timeable. I don't think that's a word but whatever. I had contractions all night and the next day went to the hospital and was admitted

I woke up at 11am to my waters breaking so didn't feel any way beforehand haha I was asleep😂

My 1st I felt zero symptoms and was a week overdue...water broke out of nowhere...
My 2nd I had contractions off and on for a week and was at 3cm for 3 weeks...went in for my last appointment at 38 weeks and was in labor so was sent in for my csection early.

I felt fine. Went to work and was super busy. I was uncomfortable though because I had been dilated to a 4 for two weeks.

I felt normal all day went to work. Came home and my water broke. I was definitely in denial !
