Uncomfortable Pinching feeling inCervix

So I'm just going to be honest. I'm really worried about having an incompetent cervix. Now that that's out of the way, let me tell u how I've been feeling this morning.

I am 15 weeks today. I have been feeling this pinching pain in my pelvic (cervix). I know it isn't a stomach ache or constipation. It literally feels like my period is about to come on. This is my first time getting this far along. I've have 4 d/c and one keep procedure. I I have an appointment on June 5th, and they're supposed to be checking my cervix to make sure it's not shortened or incompetent. I caught my doctor's office today and they were like we don't have any appointments before then. I have no interest in going to the ED at all. For one, it cost too much money and also, it's too many germs there.

Has anyone ever felt this pinching pelvic pressure or felt like their period was about to come on in the second trimester?
