HPV-high risk 😟

I have HPV-high risk. I tested negative for strains 16 and 18-the ones that cause cervical cancer. My pap tests have always been normal-I've been having pap tests since I was 17 or so and they've all been normal (I'm 34 now) apparently my body can't clear this on it's own because I've been with the same person for more than 10 years-we both have always been faithful so this HPV isn't new. Should I be worried? Worried I could get cancer from this? 😟
