Did you guys make any lifestyle changes prior to transfer?

My first ever transfer it set for June 19th 😬. I started Lupron injections yesterday morning. I’m full of emotions super excited yet super nervous.

Changed diet and exercised regularly. Also it worked out that I got off night shift which I think helped too because my sleep was regular and better

I already worked out prior to starting IVF because cardio just makes me feel better both mentally and physically. My acupuncturist recommends 45mins cardio 5 days a week up until transfer. After transfer I got a heart rate monitor and I couldn't be above 140 during my workouts. 
Diet wise I made major changes at first, but honestly the whole quarantine thing ruined me. I am not as restrictive now, but try to just have a good balance. Less sugar, lees red meat, more veggies. I switched to green tea from coffee (although I will have a cup like once a week.)

My doctor told me not to worry about making any changes during the process. She said there would be plenty of changes to make once you get pregnant lol
