Lots of ppl say Bob but I have a baby trend double jogger and I LOVE IT. It has been amazing for the price.

I had a bob and loved it. But honesty anything with larger rubber (air filled) tires will do best! Having the front tire be able to swivel also helps. I bought my BOB used and it still worked great so if your concerned with cost look for a second hand one!
