Gastri sleeve

Hi I’m 24 years old I’m a mother of two ...I had my first at 17 two months from my 18th birthdate and I’ve since then been gaining weight at a very rapid pace so I am now at 269 and I’m about 5’6 and I get compliments all the time about how nice I look and this is all fine but I am very self conscious and I don’t like the weight before I got pregnant I was a nice 145 my figure is extremely slim so I hold weight well but I’ve decided to go with the gastric sleeve I am very worried about how I will look after but I told myself this is what I want any advice someone could give me ?
