What is considered irregular period?

My period used to arrive every 28 days without fail however since taking pregnacare last year my period varies every month from 26-30 days. I do not take pregnacare anymore but I’m wondering if this is considered irregular and there is something else wrong like PCOS?

That sounds regular to me. According to something I read online a regular period can fluctuate by 1-9 days without a cause for too much concern.

That’s still considered a regular cycle. It’s normal for it vary by a few days, even each month.
