Fish oil pills

I took my dog to the vet on Thursday and was given the ok to start her on some fish oil pills due to her severe dry skin and being really itchy. The problem is I can’t remember for the life of me what dosage the vet said to give her. Unfortunately they’re closed until tomorrow and I wanted to start her tonight as I finally got them delivered. The doctor said it can also take up to 3 weeks to start taking effect. I’ve googled and get mixed information on how much EPA & DHA combined to give her. She weighs 44lbs if that helps. The fish oils that I bought have 360mg EPA and 240mg DHA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
