Bloody show or sex induced spotting?

I have been loosing chunks of my plug alot the last 3 days always clear or cloudy jelly. As of last Tuesday I was 3cm lost of pressure and cramping since then but tonight me and hubby did the deed and right after I got intense cramping I went to the bathroom and seen red clots in toilet then wiped and lots of pink and red clots. Could we have knocked a deeper peice of plug out or triggered bloody show? Thank you for any input I appreciate it lots ❤ TMI picture attached
