Are your bowel movements back to normal?

I'm 11 weeks PP and it still seems like I'm having difficulty going #2. Everytime I feel like I need to go(maybe once every 3 days) its just hard little pebbles of 💩.

I had to start a probiotic. I was in so much pain.

I could have wrote this😭 it was like that my whole pregnancy and still that way. It is the worst

In the same way and 8 weeks PP. I eat pretty good and drink water but maybe I need to add more fibrous foods and more fruits and veggies

Girl you need to get you some magnesium oxide and take it. My midwife allows me to take up to 1600 mg a day. They usually only takes between four and 600 mg to work a day. He may have to take it a few days in a row but once it starts working if you continue to take it it’ll continue to work￼￼
