a week before my period

Ok this may be a TMI but I’m confused I think I may remember this discomfort but not sure. So around 2am this morning I noticed some discomfort down there and it’s still there now at 3:23 it’s not pain pain it’s more like a shooting or pinching pain I think I’m 8 dpo but I know My period should start around the 29th I’ve had 4kids unfortunately only 3 living im praying this could be my rainbow baby I’ve also been moody had some lower abdomen cramps nothing to bad and hunger pains.(please help)
