Hey mamas...I have a question, I’ve never really thought about it before but is it safe to go kayaking while you’re pregnant? Like on the lake maybe? Or a calm river? We wouldn’t be doing anything wild. I’ve never been but my hubby wants me to go and it made me wonder if it was ok.
I’m about 13 weeks pregnant.
