Sleep please

Okay. So, I'm a natural night owl. I used to take zzzquil before I got pregnant as it'd knock me out within 30 minutes. Most nights I go lay down at about 9 or 10 and I'm feeling tired, but as soon as I'm laying in bed I'm wide awake and can't sleep. I'll then fall asleep around 1 sometimes not till 3. This is killer because I will set an alarm for 8ish or I'll be awake to pee but all I can do is go back to bed and then I don't get up till 10 or 11, sometimes 12! I hate this sleep schedule.

Sooooo... Does anyone have any sleep tips and tricks during pregnancy or even sleep aids that are safe?
