Bleeding to much.

Hello lady’s I’m currently 25 years old and I’m having abnormal bleeding this month I had my period 3 times . Should I get checked out? I took a pregnancy test came out negative! I had a miscarriage 1 year ago and after that my periods have not been the same I have no idea what to do . Help!!!!
