Uper right/middle abdomen twinges? Off and on.

So, Im only 6 weeks so I shouldnt feel anything at all rite now. But for the last hour ive been feeling this weird twinge in my upper right/ closer to the middle of my abdomen. Its not constant it is random and it comes and goes every couple minutes. Its a sharp twinge so it makes me touch it kinda in a little pain when it happens? Ive never had this happened to me before lol this is my second pregnancy.
