Add a pregnancy?

I keep logging positive HPTs, but I am not given the option to add a pregnancy and use the nurture app like I did with my last pregnancy. When I log into nurture, it brings up my old pregnancy, even though I entered the birth date and everything.

How do I get glow to know I am pregnant?
