Morning After Pill HELP!

Is it possible the morning after pill will not work for me?

So my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex which resulted in him cumming inside of me. Now here is the tricky part. This was one day before my fertility window started & as soon as we finished we went to wal greens & I took the pill within one hour. I have also read that the pill is ineffective for women who are overweight. I’m currently 230 pounds 😭. Is there a chance I could get pregnant and the pill will not work due to these factors? I have read to take a pregnancy test a week or 2 after taking the pill. I would like to get some insight on my own individual circumstance. Thank you 💕
