Alcohol while pregnant

Out of curiosity, how many of you had the under-control kind of alcohol consumption before getting pregnant and how has it changed after you knew you were pregnant? I'm from Spain and we are used to having a daily glass of wine. I didn't have any during my first pregnancy though i know many women, particularly old women, who had their daily glass of wime during pregnancy because they didnt even know that was not recommended..
