Nap schedule?

Hey ladies, 
Do any of you have your 3 month olds on a map schedule? If so, what does it look like? And does it help with nighttime? I just started back at work and i have him with me at home while i do and am wondering if it's even worth trying to get him on a nap schedule. It would help me with work, but is he too young?

We follow Babywise and have a schedule 
7:00 Wake up/eat
8:30 Nap
10:00 Wake up/eat
11:30 Nap
1:00 wake up/eat
2:30 Nap
3:30 wake up
3:45/4:00 eat
5:00-5:30 cat nap
6:45 eat
7:00-7:30 bedtime routine/bed

My son has a strict schedule because he piggiebacks off of my three year olds routine. 
Wake up at 7, baby takes a morning nap once my toddler finishes his second breakfast (around 9:30am), and then an afternoon nap at the same time as my toddler around 1pm , which is usually about two hours. 
Then baby and toddler go to sleep around 7-8pm for the night. 
In between naps I recommend a lot of stimulation and play to get them worn out so that they sleep better. A good routine is so important and in my opinion, the sooner the better :)

We are trying a more structured schedule because I go back to work next week. She tends to take a short nap in the morning, maybe 30 min or so, but I put her in her crib for a longer afternoon nap between 1:30-2:30 (depending on when she eats) and she will sleep for 2-3 hours. We put to bed around 8:30 with a dream feed before we go to bed around 10:30-11 and that seems to be working okay so far. 🤞🤞 the nap in the middle of the day was most important for us so we can hopefully both get some uninterrupted work done during that time since we will both be working from home for now.
