Should I go to hospital

40w6d, had appointment earlier today. Im at a 3cm and 80%. Got a sweep and have been crampy and backache since. Seems consistent but not painful. Tried to time but I'm struggling with that due to it not being painful just there. I have a high pain tolerance so is it possible that labor is starting and im just not in as much pain as I thought and should go to the hospital? My dr made sure to tell me that they wouldn't send me home at 3 and that he will be there tonight and said hopefully he'll see me there in labor. But could this be time to go?
