Too soon for ultrasound?

I am around 5 weeks pregnant, anxious to confirm how far along I am. Would next week be too soon to get an ultrasound? 
Had a confirmation appointment today and urine was positive. This is our fourth test.

You could get one but it will be so unsatisfying! Wait a couple weeks and let the baby develop and grow more. You'll be so happy you did.

Your doctor likely won’t do one yet, I’ve heard of some waiting until the anatomy scan due to the virus. I ended up having one around 5 weeks, but it was outside of normal circumstances.

7 weeks is recommended for early ultrasound. You won’t even see a fetal pole tell about week six and usually heart is started by week 7.
