Loop biopsy making it hard to carry or conceive??!?!?

I had a loop biopsy 8 year ago 3 years after my 1st child and was put at high risk during my pregnant because of this but I sadly lost the baby at 11 weeks do you think this could have had anything to do with it and can it affect future pregnancies or make it harder to conceive? Please I need answers 😥
