Any advise for being pregnant and having to work a 9 hour shift?

I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m working a 9 hour shift for the first time in months. Any advise you can give me?

Drink water. You’ll be fine. I work 12 hour hospital shifts and have through all my pregnancies up until a couple days before I deliver. Just stay hydrated
