I cant stop eating chocolates!!!

Im going crazy on chocolates since last week. I am now 27w3d, i have sugar test-blood exam on friday. I want to stop but i just cant help it. My boyfriend bought me mini snickers because i promised him that i will only eat 1 mini snicker a day.. But i eat 5 mini snickers a day, aside from that someone gave him a box of assorted super mini cholocates like twix milkyway mars snickers and i ate half of it in one sitting. I feel very guilty now. I put the box of chocolate out of my sight in a kitchen cabinet that actually gives me hard time to reach. And oh i forgot to mention that i aslo drink hot chocolate in the morning and before bed. Does anyone else has same situation as me?
