Name of song?

There was a video post of a pregnancy announcement..was around Christmas time. The title said something along the lines of telling my love... She had Christmas trees decorated and there were pink and blue balloons on the floor and balloons spelling baby across her tv. I can't find the video anymore but it's the song I want...its just humming in it and i really want to figure out what song that is. Thanks for any help!
