bleeding

today i had my first appointment based of my period i would be 7 weeks and 6 days. however the doctor only measured 5 weeks and 3 days. i have been spotting brown for the past three days and we can’t really explain it because they said everything looks normal and healthy. They did do a pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound. now i’m bleeding red. could it be from the exams? really worried i could be miscarrying..
