BC Pill/Pregnancy question

I've been on the pill for 4 ish years now and I have always gotten my period the last week of each pack and it has always been completely regular based on the pill. I typically only bleed every third month other than some spotting sometimes. I started a new pack last night but yesterday morning, I started bleeding. I had unprotected sex on May 9th, is it possible that this is an early pregnancy sign? Or am I just paranoid?

Can't go to the doctors, lost my insurance bc of covid 19 ☹️
