Has anyone tried Natural Cycles?
I have used the pill and am currently on the patch and I just feel like hormonal methods aren’t for me. I feel like they make me too, well, hormonal 🤣 I heard about this app used as birth control as it tells you when you’re fertile by taking your temperature and logging it in. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and how it works for them?
