Bleeding everytime I have sex ??

So I had my twins on March 10th 2020( I had a csection) I got the depo shot a day after now its worn off because its been 3 months now tomorrow I get my new birth control hopefully. But everytime I have sex I bleed when I dont have sex I dont bleed at all its weird .

I started having sex again at 5 weeks post partum I didn't bleed then when I had sex but after it started flowing cause I wasn't done w my post partum bleeding. I'm confused because now everytime me and my boyfriend have sex now I bleed then we hes done he has blood all over him i put a pad on nothing im so confused whats going on down there im sick of bleeding during sex man I wanna see my cum on that dick not no damn blood .

And yall don't get on me about having sex 5 weeks post partum I know it was dumb 😒 could that be the reason I'm bleeding still ???? Someone help me out
