exercise

during quarantine i’ve gained like lots of weight and even my mum has been saying i’m overweight 😬 so i need to get in shape for when school starts which is in less than two weeks. so i’m going to be doing a lot of ecxercise and i’ve weitten out a plan of like everything i’m doing which is a lot i’m doing like 6 exercises a day and hopefully more i started yesterday and it’s really hard but hopefully i lose weight for school. also i’m trying to drink 2 liters a day which i managed yesterday! and i’m (trying) to get more sleep which isn’t exactly happening because my sleep schedule is like 2:30am- 11:00 so 😬 but yeah so has anyone got any tips or support or advice or anything really would be appreciated thanks!!
