Long cycles - 40-50 days
Hi! I had a baby in December 2018. I got my period back 8 months later after fully weaning and ever since my cycles have been all over the place and very long. My most recent cycle was 50 days long. Any advice on how to regulate this? Before getting pregnant I was on the pill for 12 years so this is all new to me.
