Its eczema..def not ring worm..ive had ring worm in the past and my daughter and i are both struggling with eczema..eucerin works wonders

Could be ring worm too?  I see the ring.  Try coconut oil, since it has some good healing properties in it.  You could add a dab of tea tree just to be safe.
