Which one is more painful? Keeping a bad Hemorrhoid or going through surgery removal?

I have a really bad Hemorrhoid and it has been four months already, my doctor said it doesn’t look like it’s going to go away completely. Even though I’m not constipated I still have blood everywhere in number two which happens multiple times a month, and It’s huge discomfort and pain.

Sometimes I wonder removing it can’t be more painful than the pain I’m already experiencing. Doctors are not helping asking me to apply pads and creams which are also not helpful. I changed my diet and tried fibers, dried fruits, nothing is working.

Any thoughts on this mama’s?
