Weird pain in boob after ovulation?????!!!

I ovulated yesterday (confirmed) and I started feeling this pain in my boob that I’ve never felt before - it feels like something is “shocking” my right boob over and over again. Like as if it’s being electrocuted.. i couldn’t even sleep cause it hurt so bad. This morning that pain is gone and it just hurts like it normally does after ovulation. Just one boob though??? Is all of this normal?
