Ok I am confuse

So I did a easy at home pregnancy test last night and the lines was very very faint but there, I did a dollar store and that was the same way. This am I did another test this am same brand easy at home and the same thing, I came to work because I work at a clinic and did one of the pregnancy test here at work and it seems negative. What should I do ? Should I just attempt to go and get one from the pharmacy?
