Is it morally right for anyone, regardless of who they are (including the queen) to be above the law?

Should it really ok for anyone in the world regardless of who they are to have THAT much privilege to potentially take advantage of?  Including world leaders, royal family members, police or whoever?

No one should be above the law. Not lawmakers or law-upholders. 
We have to start holding people (of all creeds) accountable for their actions.

Yes, to a degree. A world leader must be accountable to international standards, but they may need to do things that would otherwise break the law. A declaration of war would be an example. 
What we have in the U.S instead is a political process of impeachment and removal from office if they abuse that power. That can later be followed up by criminal charges if necessary. 
The system is good. The problem exists in the partisanship and corruption that has infected our society.

There are laws that are tailored to certain positions in the government or military. Also licensed roles that can be obtained that may give some people rights around a law that not everyone has... for example, as a civilian I can’t obtain the right to search my neighbor’s house. Even if I tried to go through a judge it wouldn’t be approved and my doing so would be trespassing or breaking and entering and never lawful, however law enforcement can obtain rights to do so in a lawful way.
I don’t feel that it would be reasonable or possible to make all laws evenly applied to all roles in society, but there should definitely be oversight and higher forms of punishment when people who have increased rights under a law actually break those laws. I believe if you can prove a civilian knowingly murdered a police officer the severity of the sentence should be more then murder of a civilian, and I also believe if you can prove a police officer committed murder against a civilian (beyond self defense or manslaughter, but murder) the severity of the sentence should be more then that of a civilian against a civilian.

No one is above the law. Everyone needs to follow the law regardless of the status of power, financial level, race , etc

The 4th Geneva Convention states that diplomats in foreign countries are subject to the laws of the country that they are representing, and not the country that they are from. Thus an ambassador shouldn't be arrested, but can't be 'suggested' to return to their home country to face prosecution there. Many examples of this exist, and have come into being for specific reasons, however NO ONE should be above reproach.

This is hard to answer. Legality does not equal morality. Sometimes breaking the law is the right thing to do.
