Mucus plug help!

I’m 30 weeks and I think I lost my mucus plug but I’m not sure (first time mom) it was long and jelly like and had a yellow murky tint to it, I’ve attached a picture of what it kinda looked like, I found the picture on the internet. I’ve also had sex recently and I heard that can make it come out as well. Should I call my doctor and try to set up a appointment or just don’t worry about it, I know it’s probably better to be safe then sorry but because of all this virus stuff I don’t know about going into the hospital for this you know.
